Is Stranger Danger For You?

This program is extremely effective, but only when enacted consistently
Before enrolling in we ask guardians commit to the following

  • Any anxious or reactive behavior requires a thorough medical check up to rule out underlying medical causes and assess for anti anxiety medication. Check out this video for a full discussion of when to involve a vet

  • Reactive dogs need their environment to be heavily managed. Guardians need to be committed to interventions that reduce problematic behavior and keep everyone safe

  • Guardians must be prepared to devote 20 - 30 mins per day, 5 days a week to therapy sessions to see progress

  • There are no quick fixes for behavioral health, and we always need to go at the pace of the individual dog: we are often talking months and sometimes years to see reactivity resolution
